At SwiftStudy, we are confident in the quality of our educational content and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription within 24 hours of purchase, we offer a full refund with no questions asked. This is our commitment to your satisfaction.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Within 24 Hours
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 24 hours of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to all subscription plans (Monthly, 6 Months, and 1 Year).
1.2 Refund Conditions
For a 24-hour refund, you must:
- Submit your refund request within 24 hours of purchase
- Provide proof of subscription
- Not have accessed more than 50% of the course content
- Not have completed more than 10 quiz questions
2. Refund Process
2.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at support@swiftstudy.in
- Include your order ID and registered email address
- State your reason for the refund request
- Provide any additional relevant information
2.2 Processing Timeline
Upon receiving a valid refund request, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary from 1-3 additional business days.
2.3 Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. If you don't see the refund within 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The refund request is made after 24 hours of purchase
- You have accessed more than 50% of the course content
- You have completed more than 10 quiz questions
- The subscription was cancelled by the user before requesting a refund
- The purchase was made using fraudulent payment methods
- You are requesting a refund for content quality reasons after extensive use
- Your account has been terminated due to policy violations
4. Subscription Cancellation
4.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:

- Log into your SwiftStudy account
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm the cancellation
4.2 Access After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your access to premium content will terminate at the end of your current billing period. You will receive a confirmation email with your cancellation effective date.
4.3 Cancellation Timing
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your renewal date will prevent the next billing cycle. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before renewal may still result in charges.
5. Partial Refunds
5.1 Early Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel after the 24-hour refund window, we do not offer prorated refunds for unused subscription time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.
5.2 Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases, we may consider partial refunds or account credits. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
6. Subscription Pause
6.1 Pause Option
If you need to temporarily stop your subscription, you can pause it for up to 3 months instead of canceling.
6.2 How to Pause
Contact support@swiftstudy.in to request a subscription pause. Your billing will be suspended during the pause period.
6.3 Resume Subscription
You can resume your subscription at any time. When resumed, your subscription will restart at the next billing cycle rate.
7. Failed Payments
If your payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within 3-5 days. If the second attempt fails, your subscription will be temporarily suspended. You will receive email notifications about failed payments. Please update your payment method to reactivate your subscription.
8. Plan Changes
8.1 Downgrading
You can downgrade to a lower-tier plan at any time. The change will take effect from your next billing cycle.
8.2 Upgrading
You can upgrade to a higher-tier plan. Prorated charges may apply based on remaining subscription time.

9. Tax and Regulatory Compliance
9.1 GST
All subscription prices include applicable GST. Refunds will be issued as the full amount paid, including GST.
