    Terms and Conditions

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using the SwiftStudy platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. SwiftStudy ("Company") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

    2. Eligibility and Account

    2.1 Age Requirement

    You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Platform.

    2.2 Account Creation

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account.

    2.3 Accurate Information

    You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for updating information as needed.

    2.4 Account Termination

    We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.

    3. Subscription and Payment

    3.1 Subscription Plans

    SwiftStudy offers three subscription tiers:

    • Monthly Plan: ₹299/month
    • 6 Months Plan: ₹549 (6 months)
    • 1 Year Plan: ₹799 (12 months)

    3.2 Billing Cycle

    Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.

    3.3 Payment Methods

    We accept payment through RazorPay and other secure payment gateways. Payment is processed securely using industry-standard encryption.

    3.4 Price Changes

    We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Changes will not affect active subscriptions until the renewal date.

    4. Content and Intellectual Property

    4.1 Ownership

    All content on the Platform, including videos, mind maps, quizzes, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to the Company.

    4.2 License

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content for personal, educational purposes only.

    4.3 Restrictions

    You may not:

    • Reproduce, distribute, or transmit content without permission
    • Download or record videos for commercial purposes
    • Attempt to circumvent access controls
    • Share account access with others

    4.4 User-Generated Content

    Any content you submit is owned by you, but you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

    5. Prohibited Activities

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes
    • Harass, threaten, or defame other users
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
    • Introduce viruses or malware
    • Engage in cheating or academic dishonesty
    • Spam or send unsolicited communications
    • Reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code
    • Use automated tools to access the Platform without permission

    6. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that: the content is error-free, the Platform will be uninterrupted or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Success in exams depends on individual effort, study, and external factors beyond our control. SwiftStudy does not guarantee exam success.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

    8. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

    9. Suspension and Termination

    9.1 Suspension

    We may suspend access to your account for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

    9.2 Termination

    We may terminate your account and services if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.

    9.3 Effect of Termination

    Upon termination, you lose access to all content and features. No refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods following termination for violation.

    10. Privacy and Data Protection

    Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We comply with all applicable data protection laws including India's information technology laws.

    11. Third-Party Services

    The Platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, their privacy practices, or content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the State of Rajasthan, without regard to conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

    13. Dispute Resolution

    13.1 Informal Resolution

    Before pursuing legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally with the Company.

    13.2 Arbitration

    Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.

    13.3 Venue

    All proceedings shall take place in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

    14. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, or if not possible, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
